Delivery: The contract will be sent via email as a Google Doc, making it easy to review, edit if necessary, and sign electronically.

Timeline: You will receive your contract no later than one week after submitting your inquiry form. If you haven’t heard anything within this timeframe, please reach out to us for assistance.

Review Options: Once the contract is sent, we offer the option to schedule a phone or video call to discuss the contract, your vision, and any questions you may have. This personalized approach ensures clarity and confidence before proceeding.

Travel Fee: A minimum of 4 clients is required for travel services.

Assistant Artist: If one artist isn’t enough, we’ll provide an assistant artist. Their portfolio and details will be shared with you.

Larger Parties: Larger groups may require earlier start times, as makeup typically takes 1–1.5 hours per person.

Hair Stylist: If you need a hairstylist, we can connect you with trusted professionals in our network.

Makeup Area: A designated area near an outlet and table, free of foot traffic, is required for setup. Once we are set up, we ask not to be moved.

Setup Time: We’ll need 30 minutes to set up our equipment before we begin.
